This happens to me far too often. I get so excited about eating that before I'm even finished wish my food, I'm already thinking about what I can eat next. It's a total binge feeling. I don't even stop to think that I have half a bowl of oatmeal left, I just want more.
I'm not under calories either, in fact - I've been VERY over lately. I don't know what's going on!
For example what I ate today:
7:30 am bfast: bun thins with peanut butter, about a cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of coffee.
2:00 Lunch: 1 cup of mixed berries, subway (chicken, shredded cheese, veggies, vinegar)
5:45 Snack: 2 gummy worms, 1 worthers candy, 1 cookies
7:15 Dinner: 2 eggs/cheese, oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar.
I'm full physically, but I still want more. agh.



I teach prescool, so I can't really just munch whenever I want. I can during their lunch - but I'm normally super busy getting cots out for nap time that it's more work trying to find the time to eat! I'm trying to get in that habit more though.
