Since May 24th, I've lost just short of 12lbs.
By July 1st, I'd dearly love to make it a stone (14lbs) - stones are such major milestones!
So: 2lbs (actually 2.3!) in 13 days, it doesn't sound atrocious but on the other hand, I know that some fast losses are almost always followed by a few days of the body refusing to let any more go as it resettles.
Here I go!
