Wanting to Rev Up the Weight Loss :)

  • So I have been on the IP Diet for just over a month now and I have lost 30lbs so far (Yay me!). My coach pretty much rocks and he tells me that I will be a hot comodity in no time and I shouldn't have any frustrations about my weight loss.. but of course most if not all of us start this diet and we want it off and we wanted it off yesterday if not a week ago

What do you guys do to get your weight loss on the roll, I mean I have been losing weight but a couple pounds here, 4 pounds there. Do you guys work out? If so for how long and what? I have been feeling great but I feel like I am not losing as much in my waist and stomach areas more than I am with my legs and thighs.

I am so glad I found this website, I love reading all of your blogs, they make me smile because I agree 100% with all of you....especially when it comes to the cravings, I keep telling my boss at work when I reach my goal the first thing I want to do is have a cube of Colby Jack Cheese and possibly a piece of cake

Any help would be great on how to get the most out of your weeks weight loss, good luck to all of you. I am so happy I am doing this diet, I wish I would have started sooner!
  • execellent job, keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Awesome job on your first month. I am not sure many of us would tell you to do anything different. 30 pounds in a month is amazing, if you average it, you are doing 7.5 per week, I wouldn't ask for more than that.

I do weight training two to three times a week for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but I was doing this for a year before I began this plan, so did not see a reason to stop now.

This site has been a God send for me. Just tonight my family went to eat at Red Lobster and I remembered that ShowgirlAZ had written what she ate at Red Lobster, so before leaving the house, referenced the restaurant guide, and woila, found her post and it helped me a great deal.

Good luck to you on the rest of your journey. You and I have similar weight stats, but you are much taller than me. I wish I were taller so my weight would be more spread out, but, hey, it is what it is.
