I dunno what happened to my way of thinking but i totally think about food differently. So I went to subway and had a salad for 230 calories vs 1000. So proud of myself. I rewarded myself with a bag of baked bbq chips 70 calories for half the bag and thats all I ate. the other half is for my snack later on









No sour cream or guac for me either, and light on the cheese.
