    Hello all!
    I decided to come on here for some support. I'm doing this and that's all there is to it. I'm Shannon, sahm to 4 and boy they make me hungry I'm going to find a forum now...

    Hey Shannon and Welcome. I'm a sahm of 5. This is the first year that everyone is in school and I'm a snacker. So when left alone and I spend to long in here with nothing to do, I want to eat. I have found that if I keep busy I tend not to eat. I have had only one day so far (since the start of my new journey) that I would say I didn't control myself and snacked like crazy, then I felt so bad. I am on day 10 and doing pretty well. I have found that the forum/thread that I have to report my weight, calories and food help me most. Everyone is so supportive and they always help to pick you (me) up when you're (I'm) falling down.
