I was walking laps at the church to get my mile in before I bought her DVD. I did a mile on the DVD and there is a world of difference. She works every muscle in your body unlike regular walking. I love it. Plus I dont get bored. I have the 5 mile fat burning mile. 3 mile boot camp and the 3 mile walk your belly flat. I love all 3 of them. I have started alternating them to give diffent workouts.
You should try them. Well worth the $10 at wal-mart.
