Now for me, I couldn't have that stuff in the house. You can't eat it if it's not there. That's why I've got to stick to the least processed food there is! Yes you can do damage with even healthy stuff, but not quite as much. And plus, for some reason the "keep on shoveling it in your mouth syndrome" just isn't there.
I like a nice veggie plate (cukes, pepper strips, string beans) dipped in a couple of tablespoons of salsa. Really does the trick and squashes cravings.
And remember - you don't
have to give into a craving. They may be strong, but make no mistake about it - you ARE stronger.
