It makes it hard to stay on plan because I have the munchies all week. geez. And to top that off, my boxer, Moses, bit my exercise ball last night and it deflated...
I am down 2 pounds, though, so it's not all bad.


the thing is that it's never constant.. some times it happens 2 days before my TOM, some times a whole week before.. and if i cannot put my finger on it and say "aaah, that's going on", i get really angry at myself on top of everything else...
My hollow leg is pretty much gone for this week, and it has helped to up my calories a little. Now I'll know next time.
