  • I love no bake cookies and I changed the recipe to use splenda instead of sugar and my family loves them and I dont feel guilty eatting them and the scale stays down!

    No Bake Cookies:
    2 Tbs cocoa
    2 cups splenda
    1/4 tsp salt (sea salt)
    1/2 cup milk (40 cal almond milk)

    *Combine in sauce pan on stove bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

    Add:
    1/4 cup butter (any low cal brand)
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 1/2 cups oats

    Drop on cookie sheet (spray with cooking spray) & put in the frig until chilled.

  • no bake cookies sounds delish! One of my low cal fav receipes is jelly n yoghurt!

    Make up some sugar free jelly and pour into little moulds/cups (fill half way) an set in the fridge. Then add fat free yoghurt on top.
    When ready to eat, tip out into a bowl an dig in! Yummy!
