I am currently doing WW but I can't find a point count or calorie count for Chicken Sausage anywhere. It's Stop&Shop brand, cooked in the oven... any ideas?

I had half a link of grilled Chicken Sausage on Monday at a cookout and counted it as 4 points. I use the e-tools and according to that, 2oz of raw chicken sausage is 2 points. Hope that helps!

This past Friday I calculated chicken sausage made by Giant, our local grocery. It was 3 points per link. Have you seen the Al Fresco chicken sausage? I tried the Buffalo flavor, which was also 3 points and just delicious.
