I have a friend that is looking to begin her weight loss journey. She has mentioned Dr. Bernstiens to me, but was amazed by my results so far. She is looking to lose about 120lbs. I don't know much about Dr.B, except that you get needles and the RTD shakes are the same as IP. Which is more expensive?? Any advice?

Dr. B is about twice the price of IP ($650 per month) and it is more restrictive and doesn't have as good of a maintenance program.

My cousin did it and it's similar to IP except he can't seem to lose the last 20 lbs because everytime he tries to start eating normal food he gains 20 lbs ... so he goes back to Dr. B and loses it and then goes off and regains it.

Oh and you have to go in 3 times a week to weigh in and get shots.
