6/1 meal plan

  • I was on here a few months back and thats when I was finally losing! my goal is 20 pounds by my parents anniversary party September 25th! I like posting daily eating, it holds me accountable and everyone else gives me ideas... thanks guys!

    BTW im on weight watchers so thats the numbers

    Orange (1)
    Coffee with milk and sugar (2)

    S: Apple (1)

    L: 1/2 a Whole Wheat Pita (1)
    (filled with veggies- cucumber, tomato, peppers, lettuce)
    Balsamic Vinaigrette (1)
    Baby Carrots (0)
    Lite and Fit yogurt (1)

    S: 1oz pretzels (2)
    Celery (0)

    D: 3oz Grilled Chicken (3)
    2oz egg noodles (4)
    Broccoli (0)

    S: Popcorn??? (3)
