My name is Lisa. I am new around here, and have to say, a little nervous.

I have never held myself accountable for weight loss before. Hence the 256 number. Today starts a new page in my ever expanding story, and I would like to share it with everyone else.

I am going to need a little help. Could someone point me in the direction of the PCOS corner so I can find some friends that are going through some of the same issues?
