So... August 2008 I weighed 285... From then until the beginning of this month, I verrrrrrryyyy slooooowwwwwwly got down to 250. (and went up & down several times because I wasn't taking it seriously)
WELL, a few weeks ago, I finally did get serious. I set my first mini-goal--I wanted to be 235 by my birthday (which is June 2nd)
It's HARD WORK!!!
Today I actually hit that mini-goal--and with a couple days to spare!
Next goal: 199!!!!!
Gonna take a while to get there..... I don't wanna think about it today--NOT that I'm gonna do anything to derail the train I'm on... But I just wanna enjoy 235 today!!
My birthday is on the 6th, and I want to be 245 by then... My scale is so NOT cooperating with that thought process, though! Congrats to you for making your goal - That's fantastic!
