Is there a body part change that has thrown you off?

  • See... Here I was ready to lose some of my bust... I was ready to have sagging skin... I was ready for all of it but one thing:

I want my arse back in a twisted, and almost unhealthy way...

See i look in the mirror and I have always had the perfectly rounded bum, and chest... So now i look and while up top is still there (YAY!)... My arse has flattened out and I officially have old man bum. And at this point i should note I am a 30 year old woman.

I am learning to deal... but man... I liked my arse.

So....... Which body part might you be missing?
  • lol..what I have noticed is that I don't loose it all "smoothly". Take my stomach for example. When I was heavier my stomach was fat but i was just one continuous piece of fat. NOW that I am loosing it is lumpier. It is really weird to me. I don't miss it I just think it is weird.
  • LOL! I am getting this funky dimply effect on my stomach. expected though so I was not surprised...
  • Squats and lunges work wonders for a flat bum

I have been most surprised but the appearance of collar bones. I don't think I have ever been aware of seeing them on me. Now I find my hand up there frequently checking if they are REALLY there lol.
  • LOL! What a great thread! I can emphathize, ladies. Last time, when I lost 70 pounds, I was so sad to watch my breasts shrink, they reminded me of deflated balloons! My rack is one of my favorite features; I wish there was a way to say leave this, take that as we lose weight. Just take my stomach and thighs, puh-leeze!
  • My breasts are shrinking a little. Although a new bra took 2inches off my chest and made them look much perkier! I'm losing padding off my butt because I can't sit as long without my butt hurting!

I find myself sitting at the computer desk constantly rubbing my newly found collarbone.lol. I forgot that I had them. It cracks me up cos I feel like I am infatuated with them.
So far I have gone from a D to a C cup. I was a lil saddened at first but it was expected. I plan to get a boob job next year, so if they become deflated balloons I don't mind cos soon after they will be new perky boobs.
  • Getting collarbones was odd. I do miss the padding on my hips when I lie on my side! Not enough, though...
  • It seems like I am losing a lot of fat from my hands! It's not nice at all bc it really ages them. I suppose it would have happened anyway if I had already been thin.

My tush is also very flat and it was really bothering me until my honest-to-a-fault husband assured me that my flat and saggy buns did not bother him one bit.
  • I had the flat butt thing after losing 40 pounds. BUT, now that I've lost 60 pounds, my butt looks it's lovely, round self again! Go figure. I actually think it's because my back and thighs have slimmed down more, which accentuates the curves of my hips and rump. So there is hope. I'm sure we will all be knock-outs at goal! We just have to be patient with all the rough patches between now and then and give our bodies time to adjust.

Then again, I don't have much hope for my breast. LOL I was an H cup at 300 pounds and I'm in a DDD now...and have breastfed 4 children...soooooooo. Oh well!
  • Although it's definitely gotten smaller, I've never had a butt to begin with; I'm an apple so most of my weight is in the middle.

    I've always wanted one though.
  • I lost my breast, butt and waist And doesn't help when friends and SO keep mentioning it (
Guess I will have to deal with it
  • I'm still trying to figure out how the bum disappears but the love handles stay...??
  • i look more lumpy an cottage cheese like..exspecialy on my belly and upper legs...i hate it. but cant do much abt it...i wish i knew of certain foods that would hlep with that
