Does anyone have any information about the amount of calories in a single spare rib? Pork I guess?
I am trying to find the calories in a pork spare rib, but whenever I try to enter the information, it always gives for like one huge rib apparently of like 960 cals, I don't think so, and like a rack, which this isn't, and it's maddening.
It's about 4 inches long, and I dunno how much it weighs, mostly bone. Does anyone have a ballpark figure?
Thanks in advance

My bet is there are about 12 ribs to a rack (that's just a guess from trying to remember how big a rack looks), so I'd divide the rack calories by 12.
Actually, I just googled it and 12-13 ribs seems like the standard answer.
My guess would be about 120-150 if it was covered in sauce. More if it was like the meaty part and sauce from one and a half if that makes sense.
ETA my guess is high because of the high sugar contents found in most BBQ sauces.

3 oz of pork spare rib raw has 236 calories.
