My work out oath this week.

  • I was looking at my schedule this week and realized that I won't be home to work out wed night and fri afternoon like I usually do. So here is my workout oath.

    This we'd and fri will wake up a half an hour earlier to work out before work.

    Hopefully declaring it will make me do it. Does anyone else have a work out oath this week?
  • I hate running on the treadmill. I know that it burns calories faster and gets the heart rate up so its the only real reason i do it.

    but i loathe it, but my oath this week is to run every day five to six minutes without stopping.

    it's a start.
  • Both great oaths! My weekly oaths are always to work out at least 5 times a week.

    This week will be self control when eating at restaurants. I tend to think everytime we go out to eat it's such a rare occasion (but really we eat out once every 2 weeks) that it's okay to splurge.
  • this week I've started a 12 week half marathon training program so my dad and I can do a half marathon in early september. MY oath is to stay on tract for this first week, and to keep to it strictly.
  • I would like to try and walk at least 30 minutes every night this week and the following weeks too!
  • To actually start exercising again. I was doing really well, but missed a few days then you know how that goes. I want to start doing at least 5 days a week again.

    I did my treadclimber this morning and it really does make you feel better throughout the rest of the day.
