I had a bit of excitement this morning! I woke up from a deep sleep at 4:45 with my heart racing like crazy. I took the digitalis, but after 20 minutes, it was still going like nuts. So, off to the hospital we went. By the time I got there and got hooked up, my heart stabilized. They did an EKG and blood work and I'm fine.
I guess that's called atrial fibrillation. I had no pain, but I think that it was a good idea to have it checked anyway.

Am off to help R in the kitchen and am going to mow the golf course later.

I hope you are doing okay now.

It's been raining here today. Not much planned for the daytime today. We had a Cougar XR 1967 for sale for the last 1 1/2 years now. Well this A.M. ...someone who saw it earlier in the week....called & bought it. We had it since it was brand new in 1967...so it was a bit sad to see it go.

DH & I are going to the neighbors later to play cards.

Tippy, I hate those episodes!!! But you have to follow up on them and I am so glad it turned out to be nothing serious.

April...Still raining???????????????????????? How depressing is that!!!

I just wanted to say hi, nothing really new here. Hubby and children are off golfing and then over to my sons to watch the Patriots (you know, the "Super Bowl" champs ), so I am all alone today. Kind of nice but so quiet!!

Weather is HOT here again, been decortaing the yard for fall, but it seems so weird since it is in the high 80's. No frost on my pumpkins I could never live in the hot climate, can you imagine putting up a Christmas tree when the weather is 80???
