Good Morning Ladies
I hope everyone is doing ok. Well had the banquet last night. Wasnt too bad. But I probably wont go back there to eat. The grilled chicken and steak was good. But the salad looked like someone went out and weeded the garden. Several of us didnt eat it. The green beans and carrots were a little crunchie. And they didnt have any seasoning at all on them. Other than that it was ok. Hubby got a charm for song leader and perfect attendance. I got one for perfect attendance and quarter best loser. The summer princess was a lady who joined this spring.

Well right now it is raining here. But it is suppose to clear out. We are suppose to go to a covered bridge festival. A group from our church is suppose to sing there. So hopefully it does clear up. Other than that no plans for the weekend. Well gotta go. Need to get a couple of things done before time to go. I am thinking of all of you. Hope everyone is having good OP days. Take care.
A TOPS PAL

I am still here. Have done good the last two days. Hopefully I can keep it up. Even tho we have a storm in the gulf it is sunny and hot here. I have been doing housework all day. Something I hate but I have to beak down and do it once in awhile. I have come to a stop tho. I will finish up tomorrow.
We had a lady come and show us how to use weights and same lady gave us a water aerobics class last week. She came and joined our chapter. We are having the nutitionist back this coming week for a question and answer meeting.
We had a surprise for our newest KOP. We had small gifts,roses and balloons for her at meeting. She has lost over 100# since her bypass surgery but can only count 72# as she was way over her starting weight. Our other lady will soon be a KOP too. So we will have 3 instead of 1.
