It looks like there are some really good recipes on this website BUT why are there no sugar counts in the nutritional breakdown?! I'm trying to use 3 grams per serving as a general rule and none of these recipes tells me the sugar content.

Penny there is a Sugar Buster's section a little further down the forum listing. Those recipes will probably have the sugar grams.

Thanks for the info...some of the recipes in the SB forum and some don't but at least that's a start.

Why don't you take the sugar out of the recipes and use Splenda. Check out their web site. www.splenda.com. There are recipes and tips on the site.
