Half way to my first mini goal!

  • So I joined up with a weightloss clinic and while the meals have been drastically different than what I would normally eat, I feel like they are changing me for the better. My sugar levels are getting regulated so that I don't have that 'crash' at 2pm right after eating lunch. So far only down 5lbs, but I'm working towards my first mini goal of 10-12 lbs lost. Yay for me! Dropping 2 pounds a week feels good, but I feel like I could do more if I could just manage to get my butt in gear and exercise. I have a friend that I can go work out with, however our schedules are kind of clashing right now. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Here's hoping for a brighter and thinner summer!! 5 lbs down and gone forever

  • Alright I had to bump my thread. I'm not quite to my first mini goal, but I'm soooo happy to learn that I am down 3 lbs since my last weigh in. Gained 2 lbs last week, but I'm back down 3 this week. Stupid TOM!! Anyway, Next week will be a HUGEEE breakthrough for me. Wish me luck you guys. Look out 180 wall..I'm about to bust through!!

  • Bump: I broke through the 180 wall!! I weighed in yesterday at 178, but this morning before I ate I was around 175. Oh and this makes me achieve my first mini goal so yippee!!
