Sorry I wasn't able to visit yesterday, work is really overwhelming right now. I get a headache every morning before I even get to work, actually I don't think it ever left from the night before

Worked nights last night so getting my jammies on and going to hit the pit!

Yipeee it's Thursday!!!!! Getting so close to the weekend, can almost taste it.

Today is starting out good. No crisis at work.. well none yet.

Of course it is 9am and my stomach is feeling weird. Not sure if it is pain or hunger.. a very strange feeling. My reflux started acting up last night, so perhaps this is part of it. Either way, I've got my water and lunch isn't for three hours.

It seems most of my blue funk has passed.. which makes me very happy. It was my own fault for allowing someone to annoy me as much as they did.. I need to work on dealing with feelings instead of letting them mount and then making me feel badly. I suppose getting the blues is a step up from stuffing my feelings down with food. so that's a good sign.

Not much else going on. Did a step tape at 5ish this morning as usual. Was glad to see it end. Thursdays are usually tough for me.

Hope everyone else is having a good day. .. remember Monday is the start of a new season. make it a day to recommit... if you can't do it right now!

It has been pouring rain the last few days. Today I don't know what season we are in. We have had rain, hail, sun, dark clouds & when I was out earlier....it was so windy.

I have been feeling good this week & have been doing good being OP. When I feel good...then I do better with WW!! lol

Ds takes posession of his first house on the 28th. They will paint before they move in.

Next month I am going east for 3 weeks to visit family. It will be nice to see them again. It has been 1 year since I saw them.
