Hey everyone!
My name is Naila and I am 21 years old.
I am new to this forum, but not new to weight watchers. I joined this time last year and it was a total waste. I honestly don't think I was "ready" to go on the weight loss journey. However, now I AM ready! I started last month and lost 12 lbs the first week. However, then I went on vacation and fell off the wagon : (
But today I start again! I really do feel better overall when I am on plan.
I have a question though....what do you do once you've reached goal? Do you just start adding points until you stop loosing weight?
