Last Thursday I was waiting for Zumba class to start and one of the ladies there that is a regular turned to me and said "You can tell you are losing weight." Man was I so excited that a stranger that I only see a couple of times a week has noticed. ."

woohoo! isn't it wonderful! I had my first "I can tell last week", and it felt great.

I love those. It was espically great coming from a person that I only see once or twice a week.
