Finally Out Of The 140's!

  • Today I woke up and got on the scale. After weighing in at 141.4 yesterday, I didn't think I would be down so much, but lo and behold, I am down to 139.2! I was honestly freaking out in the best way possible (Happy dance, silent squealing, the whole shebang). The only downside is that I'm only halfway there, as my DREAM goal is 122, but I'd be happy to be around 125. It's funny, I only ran a hard 800M in my track meet yesterday, and I'm down so much. I guess after all that plateauing, my body wanted to get RID of it! Thank you to everyone on here for just being amazing
