Which to do . . . opinions please

  • I did some circuit training 2 nights ago, cardio last night . . . today Im still feeling a little stiff in the legs from the weights.
    Am I better to do another round of cardio today and leave the weights until tomorrow when I can't feel the soreness (it is really very mild but still there) or is it ok to push through the circuit again with the weights tonight?

    Any opinions are appreciated, thanks guys
