Hi Everyone!! I'm new here!

  • Hi guys! I'm new here and wanted to say hello! I've done lots of dieting over the years & have yo-yoed quite a bit. I'm ready to be done with that and lose this weight for good this time.

    I started out doing HCG, but felt like total crap, so I transitioned to South Beach. I can't do low carb. lol I did like the calorie counting aspect, so I decided to stick with that. I am focusing on limiting the white sugar, junk-carb stuff. I figured since I'd already cut it all out, it wouldn't be hard to limit my intake and focus on more healthy carbs within my calorie range. So far, I'm doing well. I've lost 15.4 lbs and just joined a gym!!

    I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here!
