Purpose of MRC-6?

  • I'm trying to get off all the supplements eventually - I still do take a multivitamin and fish oil because I think my body needs them, but I never really understood the purpose of MRC-6. I've stopped the Enhancer, but I want to make sure it's ok to stop the MRC-6 too.

    Thanks!
  • If I remember right, it pulls fat from the areas where you store it most.

  • Officially, the purpose of MRC-6 is "designed specifically to decrease the bulges created by excess body fat"

You can google MRC-6 and find a handful of articles that try to investigate it. The thing that still bothers me about all the supplements at MRC-6 is the lack of information from clinical trials proving their effectiveness. I do take many of the supplements, but I'm skeptical about their lack of effectiveness because MRC does very little to prove it.

Exactly!! I never really could tell any difference by taking any of their supplements. All those pills ever did was give me a terribly upset stomach and nausea.

I've quit everything except my multivitamin, C, calcium and a baby aspirin (too much heart disease & strokes in my family). I take those at dinner so I have the least chance of a tummy problem. I try to make sure to use olive oil or flax oil. I use to eat a lot of fish. Can't find anything decent in Montana though I'm still looking....
  • I'm usually very skeptical of supplements but I really wanted something to get me off to a good start. I have to say (for me) the all day weight loss and the mrc-6 have worked. I have a "normal" appetite and don't want to eat every minute. Won't know how the scale is until I get back from this business trip.
