Does anyone have a low (or no) sugar strawberry preserves recipe?

I went strawberry picking and want to make preserves, but

a.) I don't want to eat that much sugar, and

b.) I don't think strawberries need that much sugar. They're sweet to begin with!

I'll be watching for any recipes, this sounds like a great idea!!

You can make them with Splenda if you're not opposed to it. Just make sure you get the no-sugar pectin.

I'm not really a fan of artificial sweeteners. And I just don't think strawberries need to be sweetened - they are already sweet!

Does anyone know of a good recipe?

No recipe but whenever I've seen no sugar added preserves in stores, they usually use a little juice. Sometimes grape or apple juice.
