Well another week.
Last week was aceptable met my goal of working out 4 times!
Haven't done that in way too long
This week goals:
4- AM work outs
work out longer than I have been( 2 days work out 1 hour +)
/ walk during my lunch hour. ( 2-3 times this week )
Water 4 quarts daily. This has been so hard!
Monitor my food portions.
This is open to anyone lo carb or not
