May Goals

  • I am good at setting goals but bad at following through so I am going to start with just one this week, then add as I go...

    *drink 100 oz of water EVERYDAY... even on weekends.
  • My goals:
    - be at 187 by June 1st
    - drink more than 80 oz of water every day
    - workout more consistently
  • Goal to be at 173 by June 1st.
    Work out 3x a week.
  • lose 16 lbs by the time we leave for vacation 5/29/10.
    Drink my 64 ounces of water a day
    Be completely off caffeine
  • I will be at or below my goal of 130 by May 12th!

  • Get out and run this week! Put it off to due to gardening
  • Work out at least 3X per week.
    Drink at least 3 liters of water per day.
    Eat on plan everyday - even on the weekends.
  • I have had 96 oz of water Monday and Tuesday. I don't count the water I drink throughout the night so I am sure I drink another 4 oz.

    My next goal is to switch coffee to tea. Its still caffinated but it will eliminate the creamer I HAVE to put in the coffee.

    How is everyone else doing so far?
  • I'm down (on my home scale) to 182. Less than 10 pounds to my goal. I finsih preconditioning Friday, so we'll see.
  • My goal is to be at 170 by May 22. To get there, I am going to drink 4 HNS each day, get all my water in and get my exercise in 3x per week.

  • Walk my five miles a day, every day. It does help when the treadmill works properly. Also, get my butt moving earlier in the morning!
  • Hi! Just checking in to see how everyone is doing on their May goals? Mine were:
    *be 170 by May 22 - On my scale, I'm pretty close, but still have 6 lbs to go on MRC's - I really wish I could WI naked and first thing in the morning!!!
    *drink 4 HNS each day - I've done this everyday so far but 1
    *get all my water in - i'm on track here
    *get my exercise in 3x per week - not so much
  • I've been sick and on a business trip so I haven't been OP or even in for a WI. At home I'm down to 180 so 173 is feasible, but I doubt it. And working out 3x a week is so not happening!
