  • There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?
  • because...what good is overeating...it's not going to help anything.
  • I survived TOM without gaining and there is NO way Im going to go off track now
  • Because I can finally see that this is working, I just need to stick with it.
  • Because I'm marching hard into wonderland!!
  • Because I always thought it was a lie when people said exercise makes you feel better. I now know that it's the truth! I was feeling sad yesterday, and I did not want to exercise, but I made myself. I felt great afterwards! I'm staying on plan because I want to keep feeling great from exercise and eating healthy.
  • staying on plan because it is working 10 lbs a month !!!!

    I am also marching to onderland hehehe!!!!
  • because I got up early this morning & exercised & I'm not going to waste that hard work by overeating!!
  • Because I feel like I should tattoo 212 on my forehead since that is all I saw all week.
  • Because I love being able to hike and carry weight without it being a big deal!
  • Because I finally did my first 5K today. I've set a new bar for what I can do, so I gotta keep pushing it!
