April was my lesson. I saw how vital it really is to stay on track, and daily weigh-ins taught me that tough lesson. My goals are 3, eat clean, following my training schedule, and lose ten pounds in may!
1. 177.2 I think I'm dehydrated this morning, a few glasses of wine late night after work, so this will be a tougher ten pounds pounds, because I think this is an artificial dehydration weight. But I can do it!!

5. I haven't been on because my scale went haywire! I tried new batteries etc, but bought a new one today. Tomorrow I will have to face the music, honestly without having the scale to look at every morning, I do not feel I have been keeping with the plan. And with the new scale, I will face the music publically tomorrow

+3.2 lbs.....yeah not my favorite song. But I am back and I am weighing everyday again! May isn't over yet.
