  • Weighing daily that last week and a half of April was a real eye openner. I saw my wieght drop fairly quickly and just as fast climb right back where it started almost! It was like in my face proof as to exactly why I have have failed with weight loss in the past. It was a realisation how important EVERYDAY is. So I want to start a thread where I can do this again. Write your goal, fill in each day of the month, and edit each day with your weight.
  • April was my lesson. I saw how vital it really is to stay on track, and daily weigh-ins taught me that tough lesson. My goals are 3, eat clean, following my training schedule, and lose ten pounds in may!
    1. 177.2 I think I'm dehydrated this morning, a few glasses of wine late night after work, so this will be a tougher ten pounds pounds, because I think this is an artificial dehydration weight. But I can do it!!

    5. I haven't been on because my scale went haywire! I tried new batteries etc, but bought a new one today. Tomorrow I will have to face the music, honestly without having the scale to look at every morning, I do not feel I have been keeping with the plan. And with the new scale, I will face the music publically tomorrow
    6. 180.4.+3.2 lbs.....yeah not my favorite song. But I am back and I am weighing everyday again! May isn't over yet.

  • This is a great idea!! May is the month I am hoping to lose the most weight mostly because I will be so focused. My goals for the month are to find the best meal schedule that works for me, lose 15 lbs and find the right mix of workouts to maximize my time at the gym (I know its a lot, but it is my first full month and the beginning of a "new year" for me.).

  • I've also realized how great it can be to weigh in daily. It has really been keeping me motivated to stay on track each day knowing that I'm weighing in the next, and it's helped keep me in line with my weight loss cycle to see how it really fluctuates.
    Goals; Eat healthy (1300-1500 kcal a day), Exercise daily (Run and dance 5x a week, strength 3x a week), Lose 8 lb.

  • I love this idea!! i weigh myself every morning, as it helps to keep me on track. Thanks for starting this!
    My goal for May is to get down to 152lbs (which is very ambitious, but thought to aim high). I'm going on holiday on June 1st so need to lose weight as I fear I will gain whilst on holiday as I will be away for 5 weeks, but hope to maintain whilst on holiday.
