I finally went through with it and i realize it all appened the way it was suppose to.
I had gained weight in August when preparing for my surgery the first time and had to put it off til I lost 33 pounds, I did so then schedualed for Jan 6th of this year and I posponed it when I had last 44 pounds and they agreed to give me more time to lose/maintain weight loss so we scheduled for April 26th 2010.
In the mean time I have lost 52 pounds on own and found a bf who loves me and is willing to try to face what I am going through and will be going through.
The kicker is 2 months ago my dr started doing DS laparoscopically something he told me I could not have and the scar and healing from that terrorized me for about a year then 2 weeks ago when I informed him I was down to nearly 410 he told me they would give it a try, check me out laparoscopically and then decided from there. 3/4 of the way through he almost gave up and opened my abdoman but decided to give it one more chance and was able to finish the surgery with only 5 minor wounds and 2 small drains.
After 3 days in the hospital I am now home and have only 1 small drain and I am able to care for myself with a little help from family but as long as I am not lifting things I am doing great.
I am only on lortabs 7.5mg (vicadin) and liquid tylenol for pain and have to take it more for the arthritis and sore back from laying in bed for 3 days. I am only suffering minor stomach pain lately and I am learning to manage the gas and mild diaharea which concidering I am on full soft for 3 more weeks i am not surprised by.
Anyway that is what I have been up to this week, I hope to be able to get to the point where I can live a basicly normal life after DS
