As such, I know I'll go up tomorrow...any suggestions for getting the weight back off? Lots of water for sure, but anything else?
I never get hangovers so I'm not worried about that, just about the calories from the drinks! I'm going to try and stick to the low-cal drinks that I googled but we'll see.

). So, if you planned those calories in, as you would with food, then don't worry about it. And if it's a "cheat" day, then you would get the weight off as you would with regular food; get back to counting whatever it is you count and get back to exercising!
