Are you losing interest in working out, or the diet in general? I wish I could dance, but alas, I can't.

lol It sounds like you have a good outlet for workouts. Do you take walks? Do you use a pedomoter or a heart rate moniter? Using a tool like that and seeing how many steps you take, or how many calories your burning, will motivate you to keep going.
Changing up the menu and trying new kinds of foods helps me quite a bit. I HATE veggies (lol), but I've been trying and re-trying veggies prepared in different ways, trying to develop a taste for them. Its worked for some, not for others. lol
