Hi everyone I'm Jamie from Indiana. I'm not really "new" here as I had signed up about 3 years ago. I did really well and lost 34 lbs! But I guess I just thought that once I reached my goal weight then that was was it, so I started to load up on unheathly foods again and exercise was the last thing on my mind. Then I got pregnant with my 3rd child and now I'm up to 195 lbs! So now I am re-dedicating myself to losing weight and KEEPING it off this time. Its gonna be a rough road but I'm ready.
I'm hoping to get the same support as I did before from everyone, this forum is so kind and no one is judgemental. Thanks so much for all the help in advance.
