I am planning on starting the 3 day diet tomorrow as a boost. I need something to boost my weight loss enthusiasm. Hoping by losing quick weight I will be more motivated. However, the 3 day diet does not have that much food, so are there any good fillers that I could eat throughout the day? I was thinking celery? Any suggestions?
I did a 3 day diet that was specfic foods to eat, the weridest foods combined, to me it wasn't worth it.. I lost 4 lbs but gave up on day 2 because I literally was sick to my stomach. Not worth the cranky and bummed attitude. Just my advice. Good luck!
is this the one with tuna and ice cream? My Dad loves it. He'll lose a bunch of weight, then gain it all back when he goes back to his regular eating.
