My name is Jennifer..I did LA weight loss a few years ago and lost 130 pounds I have kept it off and now I am trying to help a friend loose weight I just need help getting her started. I was wondering if anyone could point me to the right direction. I need to figure out her the plan she'd be on she's 5'4" 192 pounds, and was wondering if anyone had the dropdown info as well as the books books with the differnt food choices. I know I am asking alot, but I'm hoping someone out there can help. I know things have changed when I was there the plans were colored and now they are numbered another issue for us is that we are military wives and stationed overseas now, so I can't just take her into a local branch...thanks for any help or guidance that you all can give me!!
