
I have been gone for several weeks for several different reasons so now I am ready to spill my guts--yup thats right I fell off the cooler and landed head first into a sand dune full of bread, pasta, wine and chocolate
Gained back every ounce I lostSo I have two weeks before I fly down to my daughters graduation which is the same amout of time I need to be on phase 1. On this visit not only do I get to spend time with dear friends I have to try and be polite to the ex -- don't see much success in doing that so at least I can look a tad thinner.
I need all you chickies to keep me straight I do great all day long it is the eve hours that plague me....especially after dinner, before bed. I need suggestions to keep me from indulging in that chocolate snack, glasses of wine, chips & dip
