I hope this goes under Introductions. I'm not computer savvy by any means and I'm still trying to navigate in these waters!
In any case, I'm not totally new, but just haven't posted for the longest tiime. Yeah, I know...what's wrong with me?
Anyway, a bit of an intro: I live near Toronto, am 56 years old...have two kids and a great husband. I have battled weight issues for YEARS! Some years worse than others.
In any case, I'm told there's great encouragement here and so with that I'll say, glad to be here, and begin to read some of what you all have to say.
