Little Things To Little Things Challenge!

  • HEY GIRLS ITS 1:16 am I'm in my jammies and humming the rocky theme song
    Hows that for an image
    I went to a 9/11 vigil tonight and i came to some realizations It takes little things to make a difference
    So I'm doing some Little Things
    Its The Little Things To LITTLE THINGS CHALLENGE
    OOoh I think someone Spiked my crystal light!
    It was you Tonya wasn't it You wiiild woman
    (don't mind me its been a long day and i dont wanna go to bed in a dreary mood)
    ok heres the premise
    Each week you choose one or 2 things to make your challenge for the week Each week you add 2 more challenges/good habits
    and if you want a weight loss goal then great but you dont have to start with one this is all about being healthy!
    My 2 for the week starting next Monday are:
    1. 2 Liters of water every day (or crystal light or cf tea)
    2. Incorporate a salad into my meals every day (big or small)
    Monday Sept. 16 is day 1
    Monday nov 4 is when 7 weeks will be up
    Ideally by that time We all we have aquired 14 or so good habits that didnt overwhelm us at the same time
    I'm not starting with a weightloss goal but i will have one by week 3 and 6 bad habits broken!

  • I am up for the challange, but think that may be a few too many goals for me. I think I may start with 2 and add one new one each week. I am still getting accustomed to the WW program and I do not want to go too crazy right away!

    Goal #1 Two liters of water each day (I usually do 1-1.5).
    Goal #2 No candy from the candy jar at work! None. Nada. Zero.

    I am still deciding on a weight loss goal....

    Starting Monday 9/16:
    #1 - work 15 min each day on a "hot spot" in the house & get more organized (thanks, Flylady.net).
    #2 - Starting Monday 9/16 I will be in the gym @ 5 AM 3 days out of the week weight training, the other 3 mornings I will be doing some sort of cardio.

    Weight loss goal: 10 lbs by the end of the challenge.

    Thanks, Kier! We all need a little spiked crystal light every now & again.
    I don't know about anyone else, but there is a 7-11 on Long Island that has crystal light slurpee's. Go figure!

  • Our 7-11 has eight slurpee machines going all the time, not one is crystal light or diet! I LOVE SLURPEES! I found a pt value for Sonic slushes and I bet slurpees are similar. I remember that it really wasnt worth it!

    OK....I am going for the two new goals/challenges a week....and just do the best I can do!

    Mine:

    More variety in foods
    Try a new recipe once a month
    Take it outside (my workout) once a week!
