Have to share...

  • First of all, Hi everybody!! I introduced myself a while back, but mostly i have only lurked and posted my exercise minutes. I'm trying to be more active on here, but haven't been able to find the time . I (re) started april 6 at 236.6 lbs, and I am ecstatic to say that as of this morning my weight was (drum roll, please) 229.6 I weigh daily, so it could go a lil higher or lower before my "official" weigh in on Monday, but this is the first time i have been out of the 230's in probably 9 months! Sorry, I just had to share b/c i'm so excited and my husband is tired of hearing it, LOL.

  • That's awesome. I am just starting out again too. I think that daily weigh in are important for weight loss. Your over 7 pounds down! Thats incredible. Keep it up!

    Shytowngal, My plan is basically calorie counting. I aim for 1600 cals or less daily (sometimes I do go over 100-200cals) and I workout at the gym 5 days per week, usually alternating on the Elliptical, treadmill, and bike. I also have dvds at home for when I cant make it to the gym.

    I look forward to getting to know everyone, I gotta run and get my school work done.
