New idea for my schedule - input

  • Ok, I posted my option 1 and option 2 schedules in a previous post, but I think I've come up with a better schedule that is more balanced and want your input. Keep in mind I have no gym access.

    M. 3-5 mile walk/run and 15-30 mins of free weights/balance ball/abs
    T. REST
    W. 3-5 mile walk/run and 15-30 mins of free weights/balance ball/abs
    Th. 3-5 mile hike no muscle work
    F. 3-5 mile walk/run and 15-30 mins of free weights/balance ball/abs
    S. REST - but I do a slow 1-2 mile walk with friends
    Su. 3-6mile walk/run (running a minimum of 5k) no muscle work

    How can I improve? Am I overtraining at all? I'm about 20 lbs away from my goal and I want this to be my maintenance schedule. Thanks!
