  • Today, I'm 169.2, but I want to be out of 160s soon. Anyone that wants to say bye bye to 160s is invited to be part of this thread where we can support and inspire each other in this journey to the 150s!
  • yeah! i'm in!! i can't wait to get out of these 160s!! i hope to be there in 2-3 weeks, what's your time frame and how do you plan to get there?
  • Oh I'm so with you ladies! I weighed 160.6 this morning, I don't know if it was a fluke because yesterday morning I was 162.4... so we will see. I can't WAIT to see the 150's!

    I was hoping to hit the 150's by next Monday's biggest loser weigh in but I don't know if I'll make it.

    Aubrey: I have been looking at my calories although I not totally a calorie counter. I hope to be out of 160s by the end of May but I’m not sure if that will be possible.

    Today, I’m especially happy because I have achieved my April goal and I’m no longer obese.
    I’m 168.6 which means that I have lost 30 pounds!
  • I started at 167.5 when I began last Monday. Today I am 165!

    I can't wait to tell the 160's goodbye!
  • I can't wait to be out of the 160's!! I've been going back and forth between 160 and 162 for the last month or two. I want out! I saw 159 once - but it was gone the next day. I can't wait to see it again.

  • Today, I'm 167.4. I wish to lose 2.4 to be 165 by the first week of May. Do you think that it may be possible?
  • Well ladies I hope (fingers crossed) my stay in this thread has been brief! I weigh daily and the last 2 days I've been at 159.4 so I'm hoping that its going to stick! Official weigh in is Monday so I think if I can make it through the weekend I'll be golden. Wish me luck!!!

    I started the week at 169.8 and now I'm at.......169.2. Sigh. Frustrating when I have been exact about my diet, but at least it's not a gain. A change for me this past week was to drink 80 oz of water per day. Next week's challenge: exercise! (I have plantar fasciitis and my feet always hurt.)
  • 1bighog: I understand your feeling but sometimes our bodies act in that way. Last week I lost 2 pounds, and this week I did exactly the same but I lost 3.6 pounds and although I’m happy, there it is nothing that can explain why I lost more this week. To know what make lost more would have been help full to lose more in future weeks. You will be out of 160s sooner than what you expect.
