    Sorry to just buzz by here periodically! Nothing like coming here to toot my own horn ....

    I just wanted to let you know that I have a blurb in Shape magazine for the month of May (with Ellen Degeneres on the cover).

    I'm on page 122

    I put some pics of the photo shoot up on my blog here if anyone wants to see them.
