Need some Snack input

  • I'm back on Ph 1
    I'm just trying to pick a good "sweet" snack for the afternoon (3 o'clockish)
    What do you all think is better Emerald cocoa roasted nuts 100 cal pack or should I break down and make the PB cookies?
    I'm hitting the grocery in under an hour so input much appreciated

    I'm at my desk all day so somethign portable and desk friendly would be great

  • im better at things that are in contained packs- those almonds sound good- are they phase 1 friendly?
  • i would go with the almonds .. they are prepackaged pack a good nutritonal punch theyre yummy and a quick go to ... but thats just me
  • I believe I looked at the cocoa almonds before, and at least the brand I looked at, had some kind of added sugar (or something that made me not buy them).

    I just had pea pods....those are super sweet to me!

  • It was too windy and polleny for me to head out so I'm goign to ponder it a bit more!

  • the almonds aren't Ph1 friendly - I believe they all (flavored) have some sort of corn starch. Go with the PB Cookies!
