Hi everyone, this is my first post ever. I just found this site and thought that this was a very positive and supportive community. I am starting this new "adventure" and hopefully this new lifestyle to become healthy. A little about me, I am a 32 year old single mom of 3 kids. I am 5 feet tall and weigh about 225 pounds. (that weight is not official yet

In the past 4 months I have been in and out of the emergency room 6 times and I know it is connected to my weight. I need to lose weight so I can be around for my kids for plenty of years. However I need to do this all in secrecy. I have absolutely no support and been ridiculed and made fun off every time I tried to lose weight. I want to be accountable and I will be giving updates everyday and will weigh myself once a week. I plan on doing something similar to Atkins, except for baked and low-fat options. If you guys have any advice or just want to join along, please feel free to follow me.
