



I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 201.6 lbs again. I got plenty of sleep last night in comparison to the few hours 2 nights ago, and I think this may at least partially have been the cause. It might be interesting to track my sleep patterns with my weight loss and see how the two correlate. I'm starting to think more and more that sleep plays a huge role in this for me. At any rate, onderland IS just around the corner! I can hardly believe it!
