    Anyone game for a New 4th Qtr Challenge?

    I'll be gone as of Sept 19th until Oct. 6th. When I get back from vacation, I know I will need LOTS of motivation to get back on program. Are any of you interested?

    Help me... I'm growing sideways and I can't slim down!!!

    I'm so there and miss patch, you are no way growing sideways. Its just the humidity. I'll be on the Challenge for one month and then I'm off for three trips to Europe in a six week period. I'll need that challenge .

    Count me in too! It'll definitely be a help with the craziness of work, home, etc.

    Patch I have to agree with lala, it's definitely the heat & humidity that help to add to the feeling of being "heavy". This type of weather is not my friend

    Boy - I love you guys! I wish I had humidity to blame it on... but Los Angeles is built on a desert... but ya know - I must be generating my own internal steam room... ya think?
